These are the life cycle e-books turned into videos that the students made to reflect their learning from our Einstein butterfly unit that we finished a few weeks ago.  We had a great time watching the Painted Lady Butterfly go through its life cycle in class.

Evie's Guinea Pig Blog

Do you have a guinea pig?  Are you interested in guinea pigs?  Evie, one of the students in our second grade classroom, has created a blog about guinea pigs. If you have chance take a look at it: Evie's Guinea Pig Blog.  She talks all about Ginger, her guinea pig, and shares information that she has learned about guinea pigs.  Below you will see a picture of Ginger, the inspiration for her blog, getting brushed.  Doesn't she look happy! :)
